HIV/AIDS Case Management
Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)
The Missouri Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of participants by supplementing their diets with nutritious U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) commodity foods. The program is administered by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and funded by the USDA. Must be at least 60 years of age and meet income requirements.
