Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

The Missouri Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of participants by supplementing their diets with nutritious U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) commodity foods. The program is administered by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and funded by theĀ USDA. Must be at least 60 years of age and meet income requirements.
For application, stop into the health center or download through this link and bring in your application as well as a valid ID and proof of address.
